Check in policy:  Check in begins at 12 noon.  We have no place for you to wait for your site to become available so please do not arrive early.  We require that you arrive BEFORE DARK that means in May/June by 7pm, July/August by 8pm, September by 7pm and October by 6pm.  If you cannot arrive before our office closes you will be asked to arrive the next day so as not to disturb other campers. Do not make a reservation for a day when you cannot meet our check in policy! 

Traffic in the metro Boston area can double your travel time during the summer/fall season.  Please allow for extra travel time to arrive to us safely before our office closes.

No Visitors Policy: We do not allow day guests/visitors as they can negatively impact those camping around you. If you have friends in the area you are planning to visit with we ask that you do so off property.

Cancellation policy:  We understand that emergencies and last minutes changes in plans do happen.  And we thank you for understanding that we require 2 weeks (14 days) notice of cancellation if you would like a 90% refund on your deposit.  If you cannot give us 2 weeks notice we will hold your deposit and you are welcome to apply it to a future visit this season or next season.  You must call our office to cancel a reservation.  Email and facebook message reservation cancellations will not be accepted.

Site selection policy:  The site number that you are selecting on the map is a request for that site and not a guarantee.  We will do our absolute best to get you your number one choice.  Unless you are staying with us for the whole season we cannot guarantee you one site specifically.  You will be notified by email if your site choice changes.  Please list alternative site choices that you would like in the “comments/requests” box.

Please read descriptions of sites carefully!  If you choose a site online that cannot accommodate your equipment that is on you! We most likely would not have an alternative site for you to move to upon arrival. We also reserve the right to change your site selection based on equipment. If we catch that your site is not a good fit for your equipment, then we may make changes to your site number.

Wooded 30 Amp E/W/S sites have a MAX length of 30 feet.  If you make a reservation for a wooded 30 amp E/W/S site with a unit that is larger than 30 feet and we have no room to move you to the big rig section you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.  Do not book a site that cannot accommodate your unit.  PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE WITH QUESTIONS!

Quiet hour policy: Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. We do our best to appeal to families and travelers of all ages but absolutely expect that all campers can respect their neighbors. Now more than ever, families are looking for a relaxing camping vacation. If you cannot respect your neighbors and those camping around you, you will be asked to leave without refund.

Big rig section policy:  Our big rig section is only guaranteed for units 30 feet and over.  If your unit is less than 30 feet and you make a reservation for that section we reserve the right to bump you to the wooded upper part of the park.  Units less than 30 feet should book a wooded 30 amp E/W/S site or wooded E/W site.
