2023 Daily Camping Rates at Cape Ann Camp Site

Wooded Sites
$42.00 base rate per car up to 2 people

Electricity $12.00 for 30 amp service

Sewer (if available) $10.00

Big Rig Sites

$64.00 base rate per unit with electric and water (30Amp or 50 Amp service) up to 2 people

$74.00 base rate per unit with electric, water, and sewer for (30Amp or 50 Amp service) per up to 2 people

$2.00 per additional child up to 16 years old

$5.00 per additional teen 17-20 years old

$5.00 per additional senior 65 plus

$10.00 per additional adult
The above rates are based on 2 people with one piece of camping equipment and one vehicle.  If you have additional people arriving in an additional vehicle and setting up additional equipment then you must rent an additional site.  Making reservations for sites ahead of time ensures sites being together.  If you arrive your day of check in with additional people/cars/equipment you may be required to rent an additional site that is not near your original reserved site.  Please plan ahead to avoid sites not being together.
Payment upon arrival may be made with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or travel checks.  We do not accept personal checks.

All holiday weekends and then starting with the last weekend in June and running through Labor Day, Friday arrivals are a 3 night minimum charge, Saturday arrival is a 2 night minimum  charge.
